Terms of Service
Please read before commissiong me!
This is so the process is smooth and fun for the both of us!
Timeline:
- Commissions will probably take 2–3 weeks to complete depending on complexity and my queue.
- I'll keep you updated and inform you of any delays.
Payment:
- All prices are in USD, via Paypal only.
- Payment plan:
- Payment full price upfront is preferred, but
- 50% deposit after concept approval and remaining 50% before final delivery is possible for orders >100USD.
- I will not start the clean sketch until full payment or the first 50% is received.
- Additional characters can be included in a single artwork for an extra 75% of the base price.
Process:
1. Request & Details:
- Fill out my Google Form with as many details as possible!
- Send reference images (if applicable) via DM on Tumblr or Twitter/X.
-NSFW commissions: You must have your age in your profile description! I do not accept NSFW commissions from minors. By commissioning NSFW, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you misrepresent your age, I cannot be held responsible.
2. Concept Sketches:
- I’ll send 2–3 rough concepts for pose and composition approval.(major changes allowed here)3. Deposit (For orders over $100):
- Once you approve a concept, you pay the first 50%. After payment, I will begin the clean sketch.
4.Work Stages:
- You’ll receive progress updates at lineart → flats → rendering stages.
- Revisions:
- 3 small edits per stage (lineart, color, render).
- Major changes after sketch stage = $5 per change.
- Once flats or rendering start, no pose or full redraw changes allowed.
5. Final Delivery:
- The final illustration is sent via a secure link (Google Drive).
- In the case of orders over $100, the final illustration will only be sent after the remaining balance has been paid.
Usage and Rights:
- Artwork is for personal use only. If you share it on your socials, please do so with credit!
- Commercial use is not allowed, unless we discuss and agree on additional fees.
- You cannot use my art for NFTs and AI training.
- I reserve the right to share the commissioned piece on my socials and as part of my portfolio. The posted version will have a watermark, while you’ll receive the clean version (with my handle signature).
- If the client violates my Terms of Serice during the process of the commission, I reserve the right to discontinue the commission without issuing a refund.
Misc:
- Please respond within 48 hours at approval stages to avoid delays. Delays in communication will extend the completion timeline!
- Please note I’m in GMT+5, so replies might not be instant—but I’ll get back to you within the same day or the next, depending on your time zone!
- If you will be commissioning a certain character with your original character, please send me references or inspirations.
- If you run into any issue, please contact me directly and I'll do my best to resolve it if it's within my power!
